Grievance Escalation Procedure
If your query is not resolved by our standard customer care within 48 hours, or if you wish to file a formal complaint under the e-commerce rules, you can escalate the matter directly to our Grievance Officer:
- Email your complaint to alvenzamails@gmail.com with the subject line: "Grievance Escalation - [Order ID]".
- Please provide a detailed description of your grievance and any supporting documentation (e.g. order confirmation, unboxing video, communications with customer care).
- The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve the dispute or grievance within 1 month (30 days) from the date of receipt.
