Grievance Escalation Procedure

If your query is not resolved by our standard customer care within 48 hours, or if you wish to file a formal complaint under the e-commerce rules, you can escalate the matter directly to our Grievance Officer:

  1. Email your complaint to alvenzamails@gmail.com with the subject line: "Grievance Escalation - [Order ID]".
  2. Please provide a detailed description of your grievance and any supporting documentation (e.g. order confirmation, unboxing video, communications with customer care).
  3. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and work to resolve the dispute or grievance within 1 month (30 days) from the date of receipt.
