Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Anvi Enterprises. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving order confirmation.
- Orders containing customized products may require additional preparation time, which will be specified on the product page or communicated to you via email/WhatsApp.
- You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines (Within India)
- Once shipped, our general estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Note: Deliveries to remote locations, North-Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, or during extreme weather conditions/festive seasons may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
We charge shipping fees based on your order value:
- Orders under Rs. 499: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 49 will be applied at checkout.
- Orders of Rs. 499 and above: Free Shipping is provided on all orders within India.
4. Shipping Carriers & Logistics Partners
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with leading e-commerce logistics providers in India through networks like Shiprocket. Our shipments are fulfilled by carriers including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- Ekart
- Amazon Shipping
- Shadowfax
- and other regional carrier networks.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link and shipment details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status on the respective courier partner's portal.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Address
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details (including House Number, Street Name, Landmark, City, State, and Pin Code) along with a working mobile number.
- Anvi Enterprises is not responsible for non-delivery or delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. In such cases, re-shipping charges of Rs. 49 may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
- If you receive a package that appears opened, tampered with, or severely damaged externally, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If you accept the delivery and find the contents damaged, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video (refer to our Refund & Return Policy) within 3 days of delivery to claim a replacement or refund.
