Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Anvi Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests received after the 3-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect against transit damage and prevent fraudulent return requests, we enforce a strict unboxing video policy:
- You must record a single, continuous, unedited video while opening the package.
- The video must start by showing the outer shipping label and seal intact.
- It must clearly show the opening of the package and the inspection of the product.
- Any damage, missing items, or defects must be clearly visible in the video.
- We cannot process returns, replacements, or refunds without a valid, unedited unboxing video.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Any products that have been customized, personalized, or made-to-order are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage in transit (verified strictly via an unboxing video).
- Items that show signs of usage, are washed, or are returned without their original tags, packaging, and invoices will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Merchant Covered: Anvi Enterprises will bear the return shipping cost for approved returns.
- We will organize a reverse pickup through our logistics partners, wherever reverse pickup services are available.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we will guide you on how to ship the package back to us, and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost (up to a reasonable limit, upon presenting the shipping receipt).
5. Refund Options & Timeline
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and undergoes quality inspection, you can choose to receive your refund through:
- Original Payment Method: Credited back to your bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI within 5-7 business days of approval.
- Store Credits: Issued immediately as a discount code or gift card that you can use for future purchases on our website.
Refunds will not be processed for products that fail our quality inspection.
6. Order Cancellations
- Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
- Customized Orders: Orders containing customized products cannot be canceled once production/customization has commenced.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your Order ID and attach the Mandatory Unboxing Video along with high-resolution photos of the issue.
- Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide you on the next steps.
