3. Product & Customization Policy

  • We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, your device screen may not accurately reflect the actual colors.
  • Customized Products: We offer customized/personalized products. Once an order for a customized product is placed and processing begins, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects verified with an unboxing video.

4. Pricing, GST, & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Terms: We accept online payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Payments: We do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD). We offer a Partial Payment option where customers pay a part of the order value online, and the remaining balance upon delivery or as per the designated payment terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping timelines, carriers, and rates are specified there. We use third-party logistics partners (such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Amazon, Shadowfax, etc.) for deliveries. We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier service issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, & Unboxing Video Requirement

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims and verify transit damage or missing items, a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video (from start to finish showing the package seal intact) is strictly mandatory for any return or refund requests.
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Anvi Enterprises or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat, Haryana, India.
